What you will do

- Develop AI-focused product strategies for workforce planning
- Own go-to-market for new products and features, including AI pricing
What you bring
- Proven experience with AI products
- Proven experience leading development teams and managing software projects
- Solid knowledge of agile methods and project management
- Solid background in software development or IT
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Familiarity with cloud/SaaS architectures, data models, AI tooling, and system integrations
- Experience in Workforce Management industry
- Experience with product and project management tools
- Dutch conversational
