Infosys Consulting - Europe is looking for an ERP Program Lead to drive SAP business transformation programs remotely. This role focuses on delivering complex, multi-country programs end-to-end while managing distributed teams and stakeholders.

What you will do

Lead SAP business transformation programs from start to finish
Deliver programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards
Manage geographically distributed teams including multi-vendor and client organizations
Develop and implement program delivery frameworks
Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams
Maintain stakeholder relationships at all levels

What you bring

Proven track record in full lifecycle SAP programs including multi-country rollouts for ECC and S/4 HANA
Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources
Ability to lead teams in complex multi-vendor and distributed environments
Experience leading local and remote consultant teams
Knowledge of setting up programs with IT, business, and change components
Outstanding communication and presentation skills to influence C-Level stakeholders
