About the job

DoiT is looking for a Financial Systems Engineer to own and administer their NetSuite and FloQast systems. In this role, you will automate manual finance operations, build cross-system integrations, and act as a dedicated systems partner to Finance and Accounting. You will also use AI tooling to draft automations and accelerate system work.

What you will do

Own and administer NetSuite and FloQast systems
Automate manual finance operations like month-end close and reconciliations
Serve as business-logic and data expert for finance domain
Build cross-system integrations on a central platform with engineering
Act as dedicated systems partner to Finance and Accounting
Use AI tooling to draft automations and accelerate system work

What you bring

3-6 years administering a financial or ERP system
Hands-on NetSuite administration including configuration, customization, user access, roles, permissions, workflows
Experience with NetSuite core modules: General Ledger, Advanced Revenue Management, Accounts, subsidiary structures
Designing and implementing custom records, fields, and automations
Building SuiteFlow automations
Managing NetSuite integration ecosystem

Nice to have

FloQast administration experience
Experience with central integration platform or event-driven environment
Comfort using AI coding and automation tools
Depth in SuiteScript, RESTlets, or NetSuite web services
