About the job

Fastned is looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to join their finance team in Amsterdam. You will handle invoice processing, vendor master data, and financial reconciliations.

What you will do

Process purchase invoices accurately and timely
Resolve discrepancies with internal departments or suppliers
Process daily bank statements and review accounts payable aging report monthly
Maintain vendor master data accuracy
Assist in organizing financial records including sales invoices and accounts receivable documentation
Participate in process improvement projects and system implementations

What you bring

Minimum 3 years experience in accounts payable
Completed training in accounting or related field
Understanding of invoice processing, payment procedures, and account reconciliations
Fluency in English and Dutch
Good Excel or spreadsheet skills
High adaptability and ability to organize recurring tasks

Nice to have

Experience with NetSuite ERP
