Zscaler is looking for a Principal AI Security Specialist to lead technical strategy for enterprise accounts across the BeNeLux and Nordics region. In this remote role, you will deliver tailored demonstrations and serve as a field expert on AI patterns like RAG and agents.
What you will do
- Architect AI security technical strategy for enterprise accounts
- Deliver tailored demonstrations and proof-of-value for AI security platform
- Serve as field expert on AI patterns like RAG and agents
- Collaborate with product and engineering to incorporate customer feedback
- Develop reusable demos, assets, and enablement content for sales teams
What you bring
- Deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and AI security risks
- 10+ years in customer-facing technical role like sales engineering
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity, Zero Trust, DLP, and cloud security
- Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering
Nice to have
- Hands-on AI prototyping with LLM APIs and scripting
- Experience helping enterprises deploy AI while managing data leakage and governance
- History of creating field assets, workshops, and competitive content
