Everai is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to take charge of affiliate relationships and drive campaign performance in a fully remote setting. This role is central to optimizing partnerships and scaling the affiliate program.
What you will do
- Manage and grow affiliate relationships
- Oversee new affiliate onboarding
- Monitor affiliate performance and generate reports
- Analyze results to optimize campaigns
- Research and recruit new affiliates
- Troubleshoot affiliate issues
What you bring
- 5+ years in affiliate marketing and management
- Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision skills
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels
- Competence with tools like Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills
Nice to have
- Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems
- Faced strong challenges like disputes or fraud
- Scaled affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise
- Knowledge of funnel optimization and A/B testing
- Experience with subscription-based business models
- Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques
