About the job

Everai is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead CRM strategy and execution across the full customer lifecycle. This fully remote role focuses on using behavioral data to drive growth, improve conversions, and increase retention and lifetime value.

What you will do

  • Lead CRM strategy and execution across the full lifecycle
  • Identify growth opportunities using behavioral data
  • Improve first-purchase conversion with onboarding and follow-up journeys
  • Increase repeat purchases, retention, and LTV through segmentation and personalization
  • Run experiments, measure results, and scale winners
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative teams

What you bring

  • Proven track record of driving significant CRM improvements with measurable results
  • Experience in high-volume B2C subscription businesses
  • Hands-on ability to create segments, journeys, and experiments
  • Skill in using testing and incrementality to validate results
  • Comfortable working without a finished playbook and moving quickly
  • Clear communication in English with technical and creative teams

Nice to have

  • Experience in iGaming, free-to-play gaming, fintech, consumer subscriptions, or high-frequency e-commerce
  • Experience with token, credit, virtual-currency, bonus, or repeat-deposit models
  • Built or redesigned CRM in a fast-scaling company
  • Uses AI to improve analysis, personalization, experimentation, or content
