About the job
Careerstrengo is looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Success Manager to cover a 7-month maternity leave. In this hybrid role based in Utrecht, you will manage a portfolio of customers, driving AI adoption and expansion.
What you will do
- Own a portfolio of customers and deliver on targets for retention, adoption, and expansion
- Drive AI adoption at scale, helping customers activate AI Agent, AI Journeys, and automation
- Spot and close expansion opportunities independently
- Turn usage data and health signals into business reviews and next steps
- Partner with Onboarding, Solution Consultancy, and Product to set customers up for success
What you bring
- At least 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a customer-facing SaaS role
- Results-driven and comfortable owning targets
- Genuine curiosity for AI and ability to hold confident, practical conversations with customers about AI tools
- Use data to prioritise, reading health scores, usage, and engagement signals
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
