Odyssey Hotel Group is looking for a Finance Associate to support financial operations at its Utrecht office. In this role, you contribute to reporting, budgeting, and analysis that drive business decisions.

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and financial modeling
  • Participate in month-end and year-end close processes
  • Maintain financial records and documentation in compliance with policies and regulations
  • Conduct financial analysis for business decisions, including profitability, cost, and ROI analysis
  • Collaborate with departments to collect financial information and provide insights
