Join JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS in Utrecht as a Talent Acquisition Intern. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for internships, support employer branding, and contribute to HR initiatives.
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for internships
- Serve as point of contact for candidates and hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews and assessments
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
- Track recruitment activities and KPIs
- Contribute to talent management projects and HR initiatives
What you bring
- Enrolled in Bachelor's, Master's, or HBO program during internship
- Internship part of academic curriculum
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Available from January 2027, living in Netherlands, and have educational institution sign internship agreement
Nice to have
- Studying HR, Business, Organisational Studies, Marketing, or Communications
