About the job

At NVM in Utrecht, you will lead the development of an AI assistant as a Product Owner. You will guide an international team of engineers and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions.

What you will do

Lead an international and multidisciplinary team of LLM and data engineers and full-stack developers
Coordinate and prioritize development efforts using Agile/Scrum
Collaborate with business owner and internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and align on delivery
Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality features and updates
Drive innovation by exploring and implementing advanced AI technologies
Present and communicate the AI assistant's progress and impact to stakeholders

What you bring

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and cloud environments
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Fluent in Dutch and English
Must live in the Netherlands at the time of applying

Nice to have

Experience in LLM engineering, data engineering, or UI/UX design
Background in real estate, such as brokerage or valuations
