As a Product Owner at EVERIENCE, you will lead a multidisciplinary DevOps team within the UBO domain. You translate legislation and stakeholder needs into actionable product goals and features.
What you will do
- Act as Product Owner for a multidisciplinary DevOps team within the UBO domain
- Translate legislation, policy changes, and stakeholder needs into product goals, features, and user stories
- Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, risk, and legal deadlines
- Drive results, progress, and value creation within the team
- Actively manage dependencies between teams, chain partners, and stakeholders
- Promptly identify, escalate, and mitigate risks affecting statutory delivery obligations
What you bring
- Degree in Business & ICT
- Demonstrable knowledge of government processes
- Demonstrable knowledge of Scrum/Agile
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing or commercial environment within complex IT and change settings (within last 7 years)
- Experience working in or leading multidisciplinary DevOps teams (within last 5 years)
- Experience translating complex business issues, legislation, or policy frameworks into product development (within last 5 years)
