About the job

Destinus is seeking a Project Manager for Integration & Transformation to lead the integration process for each acquisition. This role is central to the company's strategic growth, offering a front-row seat in building and executing integration plans across a fast-paced, international organization.

What you will do

Build and own the master integration plan for each acquisition
Drive integration governance through steering committee updates and RAID logs
Coordinate workstream leads across Legal, Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Facilities, Security and Communications
Lead Day 1 readiness planning
Identify integration risks, blockers and dependencies early
Track realization of cost and revenue synergies against the deal plan

What you bring

5+ years of experience in program or project management
Experience with at least one full-cycle M&A integration
Experience in consulting, PMO, operations, corporate development or cross-functional environment
Proven ability to manage complex multi-workstream programs
Strong project management discipline with RAID logs and executive reporting
Excellent stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

Experience with cross-border integrations involving multiple legal entities
Fluent English with additional languages
Experience in aerospace, defence or regulated high-security industry
PMP, PROSCI or equivalent certification
