About the job

Cross Border Talents is looking for an Industrialization Engineer to join their team in Veldhoven. In this role, you will represent operational sectors during the co-design phase and manage the introduction of new products to both the factory and field.

What you will do

Represent operational sectors in co-design phase
Manage new product introduction to factory and field
Provide structural improvements feedback to development team
Review technical documentation from development team
Define documentation, spare parts, and tooling for global service
Analyze complex problems at factory and customer site

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electro-Mechanics, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
At least 2 years experience in industrialization of high tech products
Experience with trouble shooting
Experience with New Product Introduction
Outstanding networking and communication skills in English

Nice to have

PLC Software experience
