What you will do
- Manage and optimize hub operational flow
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 3-5 shift leads
- Ensure top-notch customer experience
- Recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders
- Manage and maintain schedule for pickers, riders, and shift leads
- Foster a collaborative and motivating environment
What you bring
- At least 3 years of operational experience with process optimization and team management
- Experience managing a team with coaching and talent development skills
- Strong process optimization skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Collaborative team player
- Fluent in English

- Dutch language skills
