About the job

Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to join their Apeldoorn hub. In this role, you'll lead by example, guiding pickers and riders while ensuring productivity and safety on the floor. You'll act as the right hand to the Hub Manager and step up in their absence.

What you will do

Lead by example on the floor, guiding pickers and riders
Take ownership of productivity and safety during shift
Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
Act as right-hand to Hub Manager, step up in their absence
Ensure safety and compliance criteria are met
Coach riders and pickers, assist with inventory and equipment checks

What you bring

Enjoy working with people, be point of contact for team
Be hands-on and love operations work
Remain calm in stressful situations, motivate team daily
Have some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
Be available for at least 24 hours per week
Be available to work evenings and weekends
