• Manage and optimize hub operational flow
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 3-5 shift leads
• Ensure top-notch customer experience
• Recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders
• Manage and maintain schedule for pickers, riders, and shift leads
• Foster a collaborative and motivating environment

• At least 3 years of operational experience with process optimization and team management
• Experience managing a team with coaching and talent development skills
• Strong process optimization skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Collaborative team player
• Fluent in English
