ElevenLabs is looking for a Deployment Strategist to drive AI transformation for strategic customers. In this remote role, you will own flagship deals end-to-end, from identifying use cases to closing and delivering outcomes.

Wat ga je doen

Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points
Own flagship deals end-to-end from use case identification to closing
Embed inside strategic customers as a trusted partner and own delivery outcomes
Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers
Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents
Present work results and proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives

Wat je meebrengt

3+ years of technical customer experience
Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
Commercial instinct for deal conversations and enterprise sales cycles
Basic proficiency in Python and API integration
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of owning complex projects and delivering results
