Testgorilla is looking for a Billing & Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their fully remote, mission-driven global team. In this role, you will own customer billing end to end, manage accounts receivable and collections, and drive finance automations.

- Own customer billing end to end
- Own accounts receivable, collections and dunning
- Resolve recurring billing issues by fixing underlying processes
- Own reconciliations across billing, payments, subscription reporting and ledger
- Improve and introduce Finance automations around AR, billing and reporting
- Support billing platform, pricing and packaging changes from a Finance perspective
Wat je meebrengt
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Thrives in a high-autonomy, async-first, remote-only environment
- Has personally owned customer billing and AR or collections
- Has resolved complex customer billing or payment issues directly with customers
- Has run customer billing in a subscription or recurring-revenue business
- Skilled at reconciliation and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience with a subscription billing platform such as Chargebee, Zuora, Recurly, Stripe Billing, Maxio or Paddle
- Experience with a collections platform such as Upflow
- MRR, ARR, churn or subscription-revenue reporting
- SQL or self-service BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, Power BI or Holistics
- Experience building automations using tools like Claude, n8n, Zapier, Make or Python
- Multi-currency billing, pricing/packaging changes, or ERP migrations
