Clera is looking for a Senior Principal Product Manager to lead the development of an AI platform that serves multiple agencies and industries. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of AI-driven solutions, from identifying operational problems to productionizing prototypes.

Identify operational problems and design AI driven solutions for prototyping and testing with real data
Collaborate with engineers to productionize prototypes into reliable and scalable systems
Define measurable metrics for complex problems and develop AI based solutions
Own the development of a decision engine and related tooling for diverse user needs
Contribute to closed loop attribution and reporting work streams tied to business outcomes
Build a single platform serving multiple agencies and industries with shared components
