Own features from ideation through architecture, implementation, and release
Engage with customers, partners, and Sales to surface real pain points
Lead product discovery with hypotheses and quick experiments
Instrument metrics to enable data driven decisions in your area
Build pragmatic, scalable software balancing value and maintainability
Prefer asynchronous communication and ship with minimal meetings

Wat je meebrengt

5+ years of full stack engineering delivering end to end web features
Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS and React
Native German proficiency with fluent English for team collaboration
Product minded with ability to measure success by customer value and outcomes
Experience with product discovery, forming hypotheses, and validating them quickly
Comfort owning tracking, analytics, and data to support product decisions
