Over de functie
Envipco is a listed company active in reverse vending and recycling solutions. As Holding Accountant, you will manage the parent-company accounting and support group financial reporting. You work from the Amersfoort office.
Wat ga je doen
- Own parent-company accounting, monthly close, reconciliations, payments, and day-to-day maintenance for Envipco Holding N.V. and Envipco Europe B.V
- Account for holding-level investments, treasury, financing, equity, share-based compensation, and other parent-company transactions
- Support statutory, audit, transaction, and entity-change processes, coordinating with tax, legal, financing, and treasury advisors
- Support monthly consolidation, elimination entries, intercompany reconciliations, and maintenance of consolidation structures
- Contribute to interim and annual reporting, including IFRS disclosures, audit support, and ESEF/XBRL requirements
- Improve close, consolidation, journal entry, reconciliation, approval, and reporting processes; strengthen controls and documentation
Wat je meebrengt
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, business economics, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, group finance, consolidation, audit, or financial reporting
- Experience in a listed company, multinational group, or public accounting environment
- Strong IFRS knowledge, including application to group reporting, intercompany matters, investments, financing, equity transactions, and share-based compensation
- Experience with monthly close, consolidations, reconciliations, statutory reporting, audit support, and multi-entity or parent-company accounting
- Structured, hands-on, ownership-driven working style with strong attention to documentation, controls, and audit readiness
Mooi meegenomen
- Professional qualification such as RA, CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Adaptive Planning, consolidation tools, or comparable finance systems
- Exposure to ESEF/XBRL reporting, technical accounting memoranda, and IFRS position papers
