At Xebia in Amsterdam, you develop and deploy AI and ML applications that deliver real business value. You work on diverse client projects, from traditional ML to GenAI and agentic systems, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders.

Develop AI or ML applications combining ML knowledge with software engineering
Take solutions into production, from traditional ML to GenAI and agentic systems
Evaluate solutions to ensure real business value
Ensure applications are scalable, testable, robust, and extendable
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders
Work on client projects of varying lengths, from 2 weeks to 1 year

Wat je meebrengt

Know difference between ML and AI
Understand that scale is not trivial
Like to code
Leverage AI coding tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude
Bridge gap between data scientists and engineers
Speak Dutch fluently or want to learn

Monthly hackathons on company time
€5,000 per year development budget and 6 days dedicated development time
Conference attendance and speaking does not use vacation time
Bi-weekly knowledge sharing events with dinner
Sandbox environments in GCP, AWS, and Azure
