Airwallex is looking for an Associate Director to lead payments and scheme economics. You will own scheme rule interpretation and drive cost optimization across the organization.

- Own scheme economics and rule interpretation
- Ensure accurate payment cost configuration
- Protect payment cost integrity
- Build granular visibility into payment economics
- Drive structural cost and margin optimization
- Shape pricing and commercial decisions
Wat je meebrengt
- 7+ years in payments, acquiring, issuing, card networks, or related roles
- Deep knowledge of Visa and Mastercard interchange and scheme fees
- Ability to translate payment rules into system logic and controls
- Experience with payment cost systems and configurations
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong commercial judgment
