Netcompany is looking for an Audio Visual Support Specialist to join their team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will provide both remote and on-site support for AV equipment and tools. You will be responsible for investigating and resolving audio visual issues, coordinating with users and maintenance teams, and delivering AV services for multimedia.

Provide remote and on-site support for AV equipment and tools
Investigate and resolve audio visual issues
Escalate incidents to third-line maintenance teams when needed
Coordinate with users and maintenance teams to resolve incidents
Deliver AV services for multimedia and manage accounts for AV services
Provide end-user training for AV services and perform daily checks of conference rooms

Wat je meebrengt

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant field
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
Fluency in English with strong communication skills
Working experience with proximity onsite support
Expertise in Webex, Microsoft Office and Teams, Active Directory

Mooi meegenomen

Knowledge of Creston Panel, Polycom and NVX, recordings and editing tools
Certification in ITIL V4, CTS, Crestron MCP or Crestron MTA
