Xebia is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their team in Eindhoven, working in a hybrid setup. In this role, you will help banking clients improve their processes and systems by bridging business needs and technical solutions.

Wat ga je doen

Run workshops and interviews with stakeholders to model current and future processes
Identify pain points, manual steps, data needs, and control points
Translate regulatory requirements into process and system requirements
Iterate with Solution Architect on mapping, prototyping, and validation
Run demos and feedback sessions, convert input into requirements
Convert validated processes into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Wat je meebrengt

5+ years as Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in banking or financial services
Experience taking projects from analysis to delivered backlog and implementation
Hands-on agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe) in mixed client/vendor teams
Strong process modelling (BPMN) and requirements engineering skills
Understanding of banking domains and regulatory context
Fluent in English
