Rituals is looking for a Product & Packaging Buyer for the Home and BeautyTech categories. You will manage supplier relationships and drive sourcing for new product development in Amsterdam.

• Manage supplier relationships and performance
• Prepare supplier panel and award recommendations
• Prepare business cases using AQSCIS framework
• Lead supplier negotiations for new product development
• Manage supplier capacity and timelines
• Ensure sourcing meets sustainability, quality, and ethical standards

Wat je meebrengt

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, procurement, supply chain or similar
• 3 to 5 years experience in cosmetics industry procurement or product development
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities
• Stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English
