Flow Traders is looking for a Digital Assets Options Trader to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will develop and optimize digital asset options strategies across both OTC and listed markets. You'll manage the daily activities of an options desk and collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers to improve trading infrastructure.

Develop and optimize digital asset options strategies across OTC and listed markets
Manage OTC trading flow including RFQs, pricing, execution, and counterparty interaction
Manage day-to-day activities of an options desk
Help build and improve trading processes, pricing, monitoring, and risk-management framework
Collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers to improve execution and trading infrastructure
Generate and validate trading ideas using data and real-time feedback

Wat je meebrengt

Experience in options trading at a proprietary trading firm, market maker, options desk, or crypto-native trading desk
Experience with crypto or digital asset options across OTC and/or listed markets
Working knowledge of options theory, trading basics, and risk management
Experience with OTC options including RFQ handling, quoting, pricing, and counterparty interaction
Strong understanding of options pricing, volatility, execution, liquidity, and market dynamics
Strong quantitative and programming skills including Python and SQL
