As HR Advisor for Northern Europe, you will partner with leaders across the region to drive employee relations, performance, and organizational change. This hybrid role in Amsterdam offers the chance to shape scalable HR processes and contribute to key integration and improvement projects.

Wat ga je doen

• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance, engagement, workforce planning and organizational change
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, contracts, contract changes, documentation, probation, absence, mobility and offboarding
• Guide managers through performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance matters
• Shape scalable HR processes and contribute to integration, change and improvement projects

Wat je meebrengt

• Several years of experience as HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or similar HR role
• Strong working knowledge of Dutch employment law
• Experience partnering with managers on employee relations and performance topics
• Experience in an international, multi-site or multi-country environment
• Strong communication skills in English
• Hands-on mindset, independence, ownership, discretion and attention to detail

Mooi meegenomen

• Dutch and/or a Nordic language
• Experience with Nordic HR practices
• Driver's license
