Marktlink Group B.V. is looking for an HR Officer to support its Amsterdam office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR processes, policies, and systems. You will handle employee records, payroll preparation, onboarding, and various HR changes.

First contact for employees and managers on HR processes, policies, and systems
Maintain employee records in HR systems
Prepare payroll input for multiple countries with external partners
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding
Process HR changes like salary, hours, leave, and lease cars
Contact for external vendors like leasing and screening partners

Minimum 2 years experience in HR Operations or similar role
