Airwallex is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their Amsterdam team. In this hybrid role, you will provide on-site and remote support for employees and contractors. You will handle hardware and software troubleshooting, manage onboarding and offboarding, and support SaaS applications.

- Provide on-site and remote IT support for employees and contractors
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and Apple devices
- Support SaaS applications like Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace
- Handle AV support for meeting rooms and events
- Run weekly new hire IT onboarding
- Manage offboarding processes including laptop recovery
Wat je meebrengt
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills in English
- Prior macOS support experience
- Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Confluence, JIRA, Zoom administration
- Strong Slack skills
- Experience in an international company with offices abroad
- Foundational technical troubleshooting skills for hardware and software
