Airwallex is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their Amsterdam team. In this hybrid role, you will provide on-site and remote support for employees and contractors. You will handle hardware and software troubleshooting, manage onboarding and offboarding, and support SaaS applications.

What you will do

Provide on-site and remote IT support for employees and contractors
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and Apple devices
Support SaaS applications like Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace
Handle AV support for meeting rooms and events
Run weekly new hire IT onboarding
Manage offboarding processes including laptop recovery

What you bring

Exceptional customer service and communication skills in English
Prior macOS support experience
Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Confluence, JIRA, Zoom administration
Strong Slack skills
Experience in an international company with offices abroad
Foundational technical troubleshooting skills for hardware and software

Nice to have

Experience in high growth multinational tech companies
Experience in a matrix environment with cross-team projects
Hospitality experience
Flexibility for on-call schedule and events
