Airwallex is seeking a Growth Account Manager to join its team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will proactively generate new customer pipelines and drive engagement with the full product range through lifecycle marketing.

- Proactively generate new customer pipeline through outreach campaigns and discovery calls
- Promote platform usage and identify churning customers
- Drive engagement with full product range via lifecycle marketing
- Advocate for customers within the company
- Use customer data to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Solve customer issues with support and operations teams
Wat je meebrengt
- 3+ years in account management, account executive, or CSM role
- Strong English communication skills
- Proven track record of building customer loyalty and hitting KPIs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proactive and independent in managing own book of business
Mooi meegenomen
- Fintech and payments experience
- Native or professional fluency in English plus one secondary language
- Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Claude, ChatGPT, Looker, or Outreach
