This role focuses on developing and sharing expertise in employment, pensions, and remuneration law within a leading Dutch firm. You will support colleagues and clients by translating complex academic developments into practical insights and contribute to thought leadership.

  • Developing and sharing expertise with colleagues and clients
  • Writing updates and contributing to newsletters on developments
  • Contributing to thought leadership through publications, conferences, and external activities
  • Advising lawyers on expertise areas, organizing knowledge-sharing sessions and training
  • Maintaining a knowledge base of precedents, drafting memoranda, developing templates
  • Translating complex academic developments into practical insights

Wat je meebrengt

  • PhD (or writing a PhD) in employment law, pensions law, social security law or closely related field, or combines role with postdoctoral research or teaching position
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional legal experience
  • Building a strong reputation as a specialist in employment law, pensions and/or remuneration
  • Strong analytical and writing skills
  • Good communication skills and team player
  • Intellectually curious, proactive and self-motivated
