Hire Resolve.com is seeking a mid-senior level Legal Professional to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will provide legal advice on operational and strategic matters, draft and negotiate contracts, and support various legal areas. You will also manage external counsel and assist with legal risk assessments and dispute management.

Wat je meebrengt
- Master of Laws (LLM) or equivalent legal degree
- 5–12+ years of progressive legal experience
- Demonstrated capability in one or more legal areas
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional fluency in English
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle sensitive information

- Admission to the Dutch Bar for advocaat roles
- Dutch language proficiency
