Wakuli is looking for a Multi-Store Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple locations in Amsterdam West. In this role, you will lead and develop team leads and baristas while ensuring consistent service quality and customer experience.

• Hire, onboard, and train new staff
• Ensure consistent customer experience and service quality
• Monitor store performance including revenue, waste, and compliance
• Support scheduling and share best practices with management team

• 3+ years leading teams in hospitality, retail, or operations
• Proven people management and coaching skills
• Strong operational instincts and problem-solving
• Sense of ownership and service quality
• Fluency in English
• Available 38 hours per week including at least one weekend day
