Metyis AG is looking for a Project Management Principal to lead complex programmes and portfolios in Amsterdam. In this role, you will drive delivery strategies, governance frameworks, and roadmaps while building relationships with executive sponsors.

Lead complex programmes and portfolios with multiple projects and teams
Define delivery strategies, governance frameworks, and roadmaps
Monitor programme performance via KPIs and financial oversight
Build relationships with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders
Lead steering committees and strategic planning workshops
Coach project managers and improve delivery practices

Wat je meebrengt

8–12 years in business transformation or digital programmes
Experience managing large-scale programmes or portfolios
Leadership in consulting or client-facing environments
Expertise in programme governance, financial management, and risk
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
Bachelor's or Master's in relevant field

Mooi meegenomen

Experience with enterprise digital transformation or specific domains
Familiarity with programme frameworks like MSP, PMI, PRINCE2, SAFe
Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner
Experience with global delivery teams and vendor relationships
Knowledge of Dutch or other European languages
