DRW is looking for a Risk Manager to join their Amsterdam office and enhance risk frameworks for equities trading. You will work closely with traders and management to monitor portfolio exposures, challenge strategies, and oversee real-time risk controls.

- Enhance risk frameworks, controls and tools with traders and management
- Monitor trading activity, portfolio exposures and risk concentrations
- Challenge trading strategies, hedging approaches and risk assumptions
- Oversee pre-trade and real-time risk controls for electronic and systematic trading
- Monitor options and derivatives exposures, perform stress testing and scenario analysis
- Escalate material risk issues to senior management and risk committee
Wat je meebrengt
- 5+ years in market, trading or portfolio risk management at a prop trading firm, market maker, hedge fund or electronic trading business
- Experience with EU regulatory framework for investment firms and European regulators
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills using Python, SQL, R or similar tools
- Deep understanding of options, volatility products and derivatives markets
- Experience overseeing risk for electronic, systematic or market-making trading businesses including pre-trade risk controls
- Strong understanding of ETF market structure, factor models and execution risk
