Greystar is looking for a Senior Data & AI Analyst to join their team in Amsterdam. You will develop consistent KPIs and reports, support financial analysis, and drive AI adoption across the Central Europe region.

- Develop consistent KPIs and reports for stakeholders
- Support financial and data analysis activities for Central Europe Operational Management Team
- Run leasing reporting process to track leasing and occupancy performance
- Act as subject matter expert for AI within the region, driving adoption of AI tools
- Gather and analyze financial, market, and portfolio data to assess performance
- Support annual rent and budget-setting processes and new acquisition due diligence
Wat je meebrengt
- Working knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query, DAX, data modeling
- Proficient in SQL and Python
- Effective at using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in analytics work
- Proven track record working within a data/analytics team
- Experience with data lakes and data warehouses
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Mooi meegenomen
- Technical experience with Power BI composite and multi-dimensional models and row-level security
