Shift Lead (m/f/d)

Flink is looking for a hands-on Shift Lead to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will lead and support pickers and riders during shifts while ensuring productivity and safety on the floor. You will also step in for the Hub Manager when needed and help coach team members.

• Lead and support pickers and riders during shifts
• Ensure productivity and safety on the floor
• Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
• Act as Hub Manager's deputy when absent
• Coach team members and oversee onboarding
• Maintain hygiene and check equipment

• Hands-on and enjoys operations work
• Remains calm under pressure and motivates team
• Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
• Available at least 24 hours per week
• Available to work evenings and weekends
