GRESB is a fast-growing international data-driven company in Amsterdam. As Strategy & Operations Lead, you will drive high-priority initiatives and ensure smooth cross-functional operations within the Data & Intelligence team.

- Lead high-priority initiatives like pricing and market entry
- Run operating cadence including deal desk and product council
- Own decision log and clear blockers between teams
- Manage pricing and support deal structuring
- Keep pipeline and ARR reporting accurate
- Build monthly CEO dashboard and KPI reporting
Wat je meebrengt
- Around 6–10 years of experience
- Background in top-tier management consulting or Big Four advisory
- Experience at a sustainability data, ESG ratings, real asset or financial data business
- Strong business acumen and cross-functional skills
- Experience implementing AI or advanced analytics in commercial settings
- Proficiency in CRM, data analytics, and visualization tools
