Infosys Consulting - Europe is seeking a Third-Party Risk Management Program Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of a managed TPRM service. In this role, you will coordinate specialist teams, manage client governance, and drive process improvements across risk domains.

Own end-to-end delivery of TPRM managed service across risk domains
Coordinate specialist consultant team and manage workload and dependencies
Run governance cadence including status calls, operational meetings, and QBRs
Act as primary escalation point for client stakeholders
Own SLA/KPI reporting and dashboards across workstreams
Drive process and platform improvement initiatives

Wat je meebrengt

Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Security, or related field
12–15 years of experience in third-party risk management or program management
6–8 years in client-facing delivery leadership role
Experience managing multi-domain compliance or risk programs at scale (200+ supplier portfolios)
Working knowledge across TPRM domains with deep expertise in at least one
Familiarity with GRC/TPRM platforms such as OneTrust

Mooi meegenomen

Experience in telecom, financial services, or heavily regulated industry
Prior experience mobilizing or transitioning a new managed service
PMP, Prince2, or similar program management certification
Exposure to large enterprise client governance frameworks in regulated sectors
