Flink is looking for a Hub Manager to lead operations at their Arnhem hub. In this role, you will oversee the full process from picking and packing to delivery, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. You will be responsible for safety, compliance, and customer experience while developing your leadership team.

Wat ga je doen

• Manage hub operations including picking, packing, and delivery
• Ensure safety and compliance with food hygiene and labor laws
• Report to City Manager alongside other Hub Managers
• Lead, coach, and develop hub leadership team
• Oversee customer experience and order accuracy
• Recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders

Wat je meebrengt

• At least 3 years of operational experience with process optimization and team management
• Experience managing a team with coaching and feedback skills
• Data-driven and able to translate KPIs into processes
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Hands-on and willing to pick, pack, and inbound
• Fluent in English
