Eye Security is looking for a Sales Team Lead to drive growth in the Benelux region. You will lead a team of Account Executives and a Solutions Engineer, focusing on new business and strategic deals. This role is based in The Hague and requires fluency in both English and Dutch.

- Lead and grow a team of Account Executives and a Solutions Engineer
- Coach team through the full new business cycle
- Drive regional revenue targets and maintain forecast accuracy
- Support team on negotiations and strategic deals
- Work with MSPs and brokers to expand pipeline
- Collaborate with Marketing and Solutions Engineering
Wat je meebrengt
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team of Account Executives in SaaS B2B
- Experience with MSP, VAR, or reseller ecosystems
- Background in new business commercial role with software or cybersecurity sales
- Familiarity with frameworks like MEDDPICC
- Comfortable with forecasts, pipelines, and metrics
- Fluent in English and Dutch, willing to travel up to 20%
