Lefebvre Sdu is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to shape the agent architecture of GenIA-L and translate legal processes into technical solutions. The role involves scaling knowledge packages and pipelines, making quality measurable, and coaching medior engineers.

• Provide direction for the agent architecture of GenIA-L
• Translate legal processes into technical solutions
• Ensure knowledge packages and pipelines scale and stay up to date
• Make quality measurable with evaluation sets and observability
• Prioritize team work and identify risks early
• Coach medior engineers and collaborate with editors and experts

Wat je meebrengt

• Approximately 5 years of experience in software or ML engineering
• In-depth knowledge of Python and relevant ML libraries
• Built LLM applications and run them in production
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, tool calling, MCP
• Made quality of LLM systems measurable with evaluation sets and observability
• Strong backend experience with REST APIs and Postgres

• Experience with MLflow and LiteLLM
• Experience in legal, fiscal, or knowledge-intensive domains

Wat je krijgt

• Fixed year-end bonus of 4% and profit sharing up to 6%
