Eye Security is a fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up based in Den Haag. They are looking for a Senior Insurance Broker Partner Manager to recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with insurance broker partners. You will serve as the primary contact for broker accounts and provide support from drafting contracts to closing deals.

Serve as primary contact for broker accounts
Provide support from drafting contracts to closing deals
Develop and deliver presentations, webinars, and resources for brokers
Present solutions at trade fairs and events
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing colleagues

Experienced in distribution, marketplace, insurance broker, or reseller partnerships
Analytical skills and strategic planning ability
Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and team player
Fluent in Dutch and English
Strong relationship-building, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Willing to travel up to 60% of the time
