EVERIENCE is looking for a Senior Service Manager to provide build-and-operate support for Akamai Edge services. In this role, you will perform advanced troubleshooting, manage application lifecycles, and ensure compliance with security requirements.

- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Support lifecycle management of applications and integrations
- Execute change, release, and deployment activities
- Ensure compliance with security, risk, and governance requirements
- Maintain service documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
Wat je meebrengt
- Extensive hands-on experience with Akamai Edge technologies
- Strong knowledge of web and API security solutions
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IAM, CIAM, or enterprise authentication
- Hands-on experience with OAuth2 and OpenID Connect
- Experience with customer identity solutions like Akamai Identity Cloud, Okta, or Auth0
- Experience supporting large-scale customer-facing authentication services
