Eye Security is looking for a Total Rewards & People Business Partner to join the team in The Hague. In this hybrid role, you will own the full rewards spectrum and partner with leaders across the organization. The company offers a dynamic, scaling environment where you can make a real impact.

Wat ga je doen

  • Own Total Rewards end to end: run annual salary review, maintain benchmarks, build levelling and salary bands
  • Manage benefits across the Netherlands, UK, Germany and Belgium, work with providers, improve offerings
  • Manage equity program: grants, refreshers, ensure understanding
  • Prepare for EU pay transparency with Legal and Finance
  • Partner with leaders in security operations and customer support, coach and advise up to executive level
  • Handle employee relations: sick leave, conduct issues, complex cases, with external counsel when needed

Wat je meebrengt

  • HRBP experience in a scaling tech environment, at 200+ people
  • About a year in reward or C&B role, or several reward projects led
  • Comfortable with numbers, can build comp analysis in spreadsheet
  • Strong stakeholder management, can challenge senior leadership
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, creative problem-solving
  • Working knowledge of Dutch labor law, know when to bring in expert
