Marktlink Fusies & Overnames B.V., a specialist in mergers and acquisitions, is looking for an M&A Associate to join its team in Deventer. In this role, you will support the full deal cycle from analysis to networking and financing.

- Perform business and market analyses
- Prepare valuations and bid books
- Get to know potential buyers and sellers
- Approach new buyers and sellers
- Build and maintain the network
- Draft financing applications and resolve financing issues
Wat je meebrengt
- Completed university degree in finance or college degree with finance-oriented master's
- Social and entrepreneurial with practical, strategic, tactical, and commercial insight
- Strong analytical skills, punctual, and goal-oriented
- Demonstrable affinity with the SME sector
- Eye for personal relationships and excellent communication skills
- Good command of Dutch and English
