B&S International is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to manage export orders for Africa. In this hybrid role based in Dordrecht, you coordinate the full order flow and ensure smooth communication with retail clients and internal teams.

- Coordinate with internal departments and external customers
- Spot and resolve issues in the order process
- Keep records and admin up to date
- Coordinate the full order flow from start to finish

- Experience in an administrative or office-based role
